
Our new facility is located in Clinton off exit 63 on I-95. A variety of classes are offered daily, throughout the day, to accommodate your busy schedule. Our facility boasts a 3,000 sq. ft. climate controlled group training room which is also equipped with 8 hanging heavy bags.
You are always welcome to tour our facility. Your first class is always FREE!
